1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Montclair Holdings ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Saved mobile application ("Saved" or the "App"). We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring transparency in how your data is handled.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account using Apple Sign In, we receive the following from Apple:
- Your name (if you choose to share it)
- Your email address (or an Apple-generated relay address)
- A unique Apple user identifier
We do not receive or store your Apple password.
Subscription & Transaction Data
Subscription purchases are processed through RevenueCat and Apple's App Store. We receive:
- Subscription status (active, expired, trial)
- Transaction identifiers
- Product purchased and pricing tier
- Purchase and expiration dates
We do not receive or store your payment card information. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple.
AI Query Data
When you use Saved's AI features, we process:
- Your text queries and prompts
- Generated responses and verse suggestions
- Query timestamps and frequency
Important: AI query data is used solely to provide the service and is not sold to third parties or used for advertising purposes.
Usage Data
We may collect general usage analytics to improve the App, including:
- Feature usage patterns
- App performance metrics
- Device type and operating system version
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Saved app
- Authenticate your identity via Apple Sign In
- Manage your subscription through RevenueCat
- Process and respond to your AI queries
- Communicate with you about your account or the service
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly for operating the App:
- Apple — Authentication (Sign In with Apple) and payment processing
- RevenueCat — Subscription management and transaction tracking
- AI Service Providers — Processing your queries (data is not retained by third-party AI providers beyond the session)
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and associated data for as long as your account is active. AI query data may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement purposes. Transaction records are retained as required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data in a portable format

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
