Terms of Service
Saved App — Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Saved mobile application ("Saved" or the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Montclair Holdings ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
Saved is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to help users explore and discover Bible verses based on their questions, moods, and topics of interest. The App provides AI-generated verse suggestions and related content to support personal study and reflection.
3. Subscription Plans & Pricing
Saved offers the following subscription plans:

Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Free Tier
New users receive access to 3 free AI queries without a subscription. Once the free queries are exhausted, a paid subscription is required to continue using AI features.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until that time.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Important: The Bible verses, interpretations, and content suggested by Saved's AI are suggestions only and should not be considered authoritative theological interpretation, professional counseling, or doctrinal guidance.
AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, contextual errors, or incomplete information. Users are encouraged to verify all content with established biblical sources, trusted clergy, or qualified theological resources. Saved is a study and exploration tool — not a replacement for pastoral care, professional guidance, or personal discernment.
5. User Accounts
To use Saved, you must create an account using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated systems or bots to access the service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
- Use the App to generate content that is hateful, abusive, or harassing
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Saved — including but not limited to the design, code, AI models, and branding — are owned by Montclair Holdings and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Saved is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
9. Refund Policy
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their standard refund process. We do not process refunds directly.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Saved at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App ceases immediately
- We may delete your account data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
